Community Empowerment Project

Blight to Beauty: TFAD's  Blight Removal Program will join forces with The Philadelphia Mural Arts to produce a empowering mural on a once dilapidated building in East Mt. Airy, Philadelphia. During the process young men and women will learn construction safety standards, life skills, and artistic expression.
